The NY Mets owner is not worried.

Steve Cohen (owner of the New York Mets) shared that he is “not going to blow up” over the franchise’s very bad form at the beginning of the MLB campaign and claimed that head coach Buck Showalter and GM Billy Eppler should not be worried about losing their jobs.

Steve spoke to the NY Post and said that he is not happy with his team’s woes and claimed that the crucial problem is its erratic pitching staff.

“When things are not right, I’m not going to blow up,” the owner shared with the New York Post, which published the dialogue before his team won on Saturday against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

“I don’t think that’s the right thing to do at the moment,” he shared about whether he will dismiss the manager and the GM.
