Luciano Spalletti’s side top the standings with 56 points, followed by Inter, who have played one game less, and Roma on 40.
Spezia are 17th on 18 points, three above the relegation zone.
Kvaratskhelia coolly converted a penalty less than two minutes after the break, becoming only the fifth player across the top five European leagues this season to register at least 10 goals and 10 assists (10 and 12),
Another mistake allowed Osimhen to score in a fifth league game in a row midway through the second half, and he netted again soon after in another professional display at Stadio Alberto Picco.
The Nigerian became just the fourth Napoli player to net as many as 16 times in the first 21 Serie A games of a season.
Napoli will be firm favorites in a week’s time when they host Cremonese, who still have not won in Serie A this season.
