Norris secures the pole position at the Hungarian GP

Lando Norris led teammate Oscar Piastri in McLaren’s 1^st front-row lockout in 12 years in a chaotic qualifying session in Hungary.

Lando shared after securing the pole position: “I’m beyond happy, not an easy qualifying, different conditions, always being the leader, it’s the best part of the session. I’m also happy for McLaren; a 1-2 is even better to achieve, so huge congratulations to them.”

Sergio, whose time with the Red Bull seems to come to an end soon, crashed during Q1 and will start again far behind the leaders.
