Amanda Nunes shared that she is retiring after her phenomenal fight at UFC 289 in Vancouver, Canada.
“Double champion forever,” Amanda said. “This is the ideal circumstance to retire.”
Amanda defeated Irene unanimously as Nunes dominated the match and triumphed just about every minute. With the victory, she defended her UFC bantamweight championship. She also holds the featherweight title.
Amanda shared in the press conference after the fight that she wants MMA fans to remember her as the greatest woman in the industry.
