Greg Berhalter is back as head coach of the United States soccer national team, the local soccer federation announced.
He was reappointed after his contract expired at the end of last year, and the team has been led by interim coaches in the current 2023 season.
Berhalter will lead the U.S. team at the 2026 World Cup, which the U.S. will host along with Mexico and Canada. He was appointed as the team’s coach in 2018.
