Indiana Pacers beat Toronto Raptors in a close game at entirely sold Scotiabank Arena.

Andrew Nembhard was crucial for the Pacers’ win after scoring 25 points and giving 10 assists. The other big star on Wednesday night for Indiana was the whole team, as 5 more players finished with at least 10 points, and another 2 players added 9 points each.

Pascal Siakam scored 31 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and gave 7 assists, but it was not enough for Toronto to win at home. Fred VanVleet finished with 28 points, and 11 assists as Jakob Poeltl also scored more than 20 points for Raptors – 23.

Raptors (35-38) are 10th in Eastern Conference. Pacers are right behind them – 11th with (33-40) record and will try to clinch the last spot for the playoffs.

Toronto will host next Detroit Pistons in a must-win game. Indiana will make a trip to Boston to face Celtics.
