Florida took a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference ½ final series.

Aleksander Barkov slipped through 3 Boston defenders to notch the go-ahead goal, and Sergei Bobrovsky made 16 saves to give the Florida Panthers a 3-2 win vs. the Bruins and a 3-1 lead in their East Conference ½ final matchup.

One season after the Panthers eliminated the record-breaking Boston in the 1st-round on its way to the Stanley Cup Final, Florida triumphed in their 3rd consecutive to send the Bruins to the brink of elimination.

Sam Bennett and Anton Lundell also notched for the Floridian NHL franchise, who netted 3 straight goals to return from 2 goals behind. The Panthers can advance to the East Conference finals with a win in Game 5 at their venue on Tuesday.

Playing without captain and leading scorer in the playoffs Brad Marchand, Bruins got a 2-goal lead with goals from David Pastrnak and Brandon Carlo. Jeremy Swayman stopped 39 shots for Boston.
