A.J. was hurt in the 1st quarter of last week’s defeat against the NY Giants after a short reception. CB Nick McCloud punched the ball out of the wide receiver’s hands for a fumble, and the 2 went to the ground at MetLife Stadium. The Eagles player lay on the ground for a couple of minutes, seemingly in pain as he showed the problem in his right knee.
“It was not going to be possible for Brown to be on the field,” manager Nick Sirianni shared today. “A.J. did everything he could to find a way to be on the field. Our guy fought like crazy to try and do everything that depends on him to be with his teammates in the upcoming playoff clash.”
A.J. didn’t train during the whole week.
