The stolen goods, including Africa Cup of Nations runners-up medal, that were stolen from Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah’s home in Egypt, have been recovered by the police.
Egypt’s Ministry of Interior stated a former security guard at the residential complex was one of those arrested over the alleged break-in.
Football boots also went missing after the alleged burglary and are yet to be restored.
Salah has reached two Africa Cup of Nations, losing both in 2017 to Cameroon and in 2021 to Senegal.
The forward is set to lead Egypt in a double-header against Malawi in Africa Cup of Nations qualifying later this month.
In the meantime his team Liverpool face Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League last 16 on Wednesday at the Bernabeu, trailing 5-2 after the first leg at Anfield.
