The new Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has triumphed with the Premier League Manager of the Month award for the debut month of the new season – August.

The Australian head coach joined the North London Premier League side from Celtic during the summer as the team’s permanent successor to Antonio Conte and has been phenomenal since the beginning of the new campaign.
Despite Harry Kane leaving the Spurs to join Bayern Munich 1 day before the beginning of their Premier League season, Ange’s Tottenham went through the month unbeaten.
They opened the season with a 2-2 draw against Brentford away from home before beating 7 days later Manchester United in London 2-0. After that, Spurs finished August with a 2-0 win at Bournemouth.
Postecoglou’s side is in 2nd place in the Premier League after trashing Burnley 5-2 before the 1st international break during the new season.
Tottenham will face Sheffield United in London during the weekend before the north London derby against Arsenal next Sunday.
