Through his 1st 23 league starts, San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy has had his share of difficulties in that period, the most significant being the torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow sustained during last campaign’s NFC Championship Game.
But the quarterback had never had the type of on-field difficulties that he experienced vs. the Baltimore Ravens. Brock had a career-high four interceptions, including 3 in the 1st half, and San Francisco finished -5 in turnover margin in the 33-19 defeat, as now the franchise record is 11-4 on the campaign.

“Purdy played this long; he never had a match like this,” San Francisco manager Kyle Shanahan shared. “It’s pretty unusual. That’s the reality of the National Football League. I’m not saying it must happen, but I wish he didn’t have as many interceptions today.”
