Wolverhampton paid a side record over 40 million dollars in 2020 for the then-teenager to 18-year-old to Porto.
But Fabio has been disappointed since joining the Premier League club and will look for more minutes on the pitch when he moves to another country in the UK when the transfer window opens in 2024.
The Scottish team manager admitted that he is happy that Silva will join his club as he is a highly-rated forward and already has experience playing in the UK.
“I look forward to playing for Rangers; when I spoke to people about Glasgow and the team, everyone told me positive things about the city and the side,” Silva shared when his transfer was announced.
