Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson will miss his 3rd consecutive clash tomorrow because of a hamstring problem.
Lamar was listed as a full participant in yesterday’s training, but downgraded to limited today, and now most likely the starting quarterback will make his return on TNF in Miami.
The QB is not ready to be on the field with another game so soon, and it was decided for him to rest and be available for the match against the Dolphins.
Tyler Huntley will replace him as the starting QB as they welcome the Bears. Baltimore manager John Harbaugh revealed yesterday that Tyler would start over Cooper Rush if Lamar is unavailable.
Tyler started 5 matches in the past campaign for Miami, being 2-3 while completing 86 of 133 passes with 5 TDs. Huntley previously started 10 matches for Baltimore in place of Lamar, including 1 in the postseason. He was even named to the Pro Bowl 3 years ago.
The Ravens are struggling without Lamar as they are 4-12 if he doesn’t play, and their record with Jackson on the field is 74-32.
