Real Madrid have not given up on signing French superstar Kylian Mbappe, along with Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham, reports say.
Los Blancos famously made a bid for the PSG striker back in 2021 for € 170m, but it was not accepted. Before the 2022-23 campaign Mbappe signed a new three-year contract with the French team, which is allegedly worth around €600m.
Despite all of this, Real Madrid are fully confident they can persuade the 2018 World Cup winner to join them for what promises to be a record-breaking transfer fee. The 14-time Champions League winners are relying on the ongoing inter-team uncertainty at PSG, which may force Mbappe out of the club.
On the other hand, Real are fully committed to signing Borussia’s Jude Bellingham, who looks poised to wear the white shirt after Manchester City and Liverpool dropped out of the race to sign him.
Bellingham is believed to receive a mega deal from Real in the summer, which will see him earn around €20m-a-year. The estimated transfer fee, which Los Blancos are on course to pay is €140m.
