Ex-NFL QB Philip Rivers has withdrawn from the Buffalo Bills’ coaching search.
Philip, who has no experience at the collegiate or professional level, was interviewed by Buffalo at the end of last week in Florida.

But 3 days later, the 44-year-old Philip pulled his name from contention for the position.
Buffalo, which is looking to appoint a replacement for Sean McDermott, is scheduled to interview the Broncos pass game coordinator, Davis Webb, today.
The Bills are also considering the Jaguars’ OC Grant Udinski, who withdrew his name from the Browns coaching search today. Grant also agreed to a new deal with Jacksonville that features a raise for the 2026 campaign if he is not appointed as Buffalo’s manager.
Rivers, who returned to the league in December and started 3 matches with the Colts, was considered 1 of the Bills’ more interesting candidates.
Buffalo’s starting quarterback, Allen, is taking part in the interview process being led by GM Brandon Beane and owner Terry Pegula, and will be a crucial factor for the appointment of the new head coach, who will lead the Bills.
