Both Salah and Darwin Núñez missed Liverpool’s 4-1 victory vs. Luton two days ago after playing for the Reds against Brentford in London in the past weekend.
“Dominik [Szoboszlai], Darwin, and [Salah], we don’t know yet if they will be able to play. We have 2 more days,” Lijnders shared with the reporters today. “Then we will check if they are healthy enough to compete. I really would love to see them on the pitch for the final.”
Mohamed, who had been out for 30 days with a hamstring problem suffered at the African Cup of Nations, netted in his comeback as a substitute at Brentford last weekend before missing the game vs. Luton on Wednesday.
