Juventus suffered a heavy 2-4 defeat against Sassuolo in the fifth round of the Serie A season.
Sassuolo managed to score first in the 12 minute when Armand Lauriente took a not so difficult shot to save, but Szczesny made a blunder and let the ball go over the line for 1-0.
Just nine minutes later Juve levelled thanks to an own goal by Matias Vina, who deflected a shot from Federico Chiesa.
Sassuolo went into the half-time break with a lead when in the 41 minute Domenico Berrardi received the ball on the edge of the box and with an elegant shot directed it inside the left post.
Sassuolo were looking for more goals after the break, but Lauriente made two big misses. This looked to be costly in the 78 minute, when Federico Chiesa levelled the scoring with nice shot inside the left post, but Sassuolo got their third goal just four minutes later through Pinamonti.
The horror was made even worse in the added time when Gatti didn’t realize his goalkeeper is away from goal and passed the ball back, rolling it into his own net.
