The Seattle Kraken added Kailer Yamamoto to the roster as he inked a 1-year, 1.5 million dollar contract, the franchise shared today.
Detroit Red Wings bought out Kailer a few days ago as he landed in Detroit after a trade with the Edmonton Oilers.

Yamamoto (24) notched 10 goals and earned 25 points in 58 matches with the Edmonton past campaign. He scored 1 goal and had 4 points in 12 postseason matches before the Vegas Golden Knights eliminated the Canadian team in 6 clashes during the 2nd round.
Kailer suffered twice from undisclosed problems and missed much time in the last campaign as he was unavailable for Edmonton in 24 matches in the NHL.
