Shai Gilgeous-Alexander notched 33 points in 3 quarters, and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Dallas Mavericks 132-111 to claim their 14th consecutive victory.
Shai made 10 of 12 FGs and 11 of 12 free throws to help OKC improve to a 22-1 record. Gilgeous-Alexander notched at least 20 points for the 95th consecutive match, the 2nd-longest streak in NBA history behind Wilt Chamberlain’s 126 consecutive almost 60 years ago.

Oklahoma City manager Mark Daigneault shared that Shai’s lethal efficiency on offense is a reflection of his steady improvement over 8 campaigns in the league.
“Gilgeous-Alexander can be considered a veteran,” the OKC head coach began. “I believe a 23-match postseason run in the past campaign was informative for everybody, including him. And he shows that with the experience and his work ethic, he reaches even higher levels on the court. So, it is not shocking that even though Shai is at the highest level, he still improves.”
Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams each finished with 15 points for Oklahoma City, which won without injured starters Lu Dort and Isaiah Hartenstein.
