Juan Soto and the New York Yankees will not go to arbitrage after a record-setting 31 million dollar salary for the 2024 campaign. They are in 1st place in the list of dozens of arbitration-eligible baseballers who agreed on their compensation ahead of the cutoff.
Juan’s salary, reached moments before the deadline for baseballers and organizations to submit their desired figures before a potential arbitration hearing, overcame the 30 million dollars Shohei Ohtani reached last off campaign. Like Shonei last season, Juan is heading into his final campaign before free agency.
