The Calgary Stampers will not have the opportunity to have the WR Reggie Begelton on the field for their next game against Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday.
The wide receiver from Beaumont, Texas, has a rib injury and will almost certainly be put on the 6-game injured list, where is also the star RB Ka’Deem Carey.
Begelton inked for the 1st time with Calgary in 2017 but was dismissed after the finish of the training camp. However, Begelton was re-signed not long after that and played 9 matches for the Canadian franchise. Reggie played in the 1st 7 tilts of the following campaign before being unavailable till the end of the season because of a broken arm.
The next season, Reggie Begelton triumphed with the team award for the Most Outstanding Player.
