Scotland’s manager Steve Clarke expressed his delight for his team successful Euro 2024 Qualifiers, which saw the Scots qualify for 2nd consecutive Euro tournament.
Their place was confirmed with 2 matches to spare as Spain defeated Norway 1-0. It is Scotland’s only fourth qualification for the big event.
“I would like to congratulate the players in qualifying for back-to-back tournaments,” said Clarke.
“I would also like to thank my backroom team for their support and, of course, the fans who have packed Hampden Park to capacity and made it a place to be feared once again.”
Clarke has become the first manager in Scotland’s history to lead them to back-to-back qualification with the last one coming back in 1998.
With that in the bag, they are fully determined to show their credentials in Germany next summer.
