The 2-time defending champ Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark finished 2nd. Jonas also secured the 2nd place in the final stage.
Tadej triumphed at the 34-kilometer time trial on the French Riviera’s roads from Monaco to Nice in 45 minutes and 24 seconds. Pogacar was 1 minute and 3 seconds ahead of the 2nd placed Jonas as the top 3 ended Remco Evenepoel.
