Tchouameni comes out with a serious injury from Barcelona clash

Real Madrid got an important victory in the last seconds against their great rival Barcelona, but the win will be overshadowed by another injury in the team – this time to Aurelian Tchouameni.

The Frenchman played a whole game yesterday in the big Spanish derby, but in turned out he injured himself during the clas. In an official statement, Real Madrid stated: “Following the tests carried out on our player Aurelian Tchouameni by the medical services of Real Madrid, he was diagnosed with an incomplete stress fracture of the second metatarsal of the left foot. Development is expected”.

It is not yet clear for sure how long the 23-year-old Frenchman will be out of action, but according to “El Chiringito” he will be out for between 6 and 8 weeks.

This is another injury in the Real Madrid squad, as Thibaut Courtois, Eder Militao and Arda Güler are in the infirmary due to injuries.
