Talks about new additions to the Dutchman coaching staff are continuing with Ruud van Nistelrooy and Rene Hake expected to reach deals and join him.
“I’m very happy to have reached an agreement with Man United to continue working together,” the Dutch boss revealed.
“Looking back at the last 2 seasons, we can reflect with pride on 2 trophies and many examples of progression from where the team was before I joined.
“Without a doubt, we must also be clear that there is still lots of hard work in the future to reach the levels expected at Old Trafford, which means chasing the Premier League title and the Champions League.”
Ten Hag job was uncertain after the end of the campaign as the rumors were that he will be fired but in the end, the new ownership decided to give him a chance and a new deal.
