Toronto put Pop on IL, call up Jackson

The Toronto Blue Jays announced that Zach Pop is on the 2-week injury list as he suffers from a right hamstring strain.

Jay Jackson will take his place as he will join from AAA Buffalo and can play for the franchise immediately.
