Noah added the relay 1st place to his sprint double while Sha’Carrie Richardson finished 1st in 100 meters and 3rd in 200 meters.
“It’s a phenomenal, out-of-this-world experience. You can’t do anything more than that. It’s out of control,” Noah shared. “I love our team because everybody is coming here thinking, ‘I’m going to triumph’. We can put that into a team effort, and then nobody can beat us.”
Despite their phenomenal sprinters, the USA men’s team has not triumphed at an Olympic final since 2000 and finished in the 1st place only once during the past 7 World Championships after mistakes and disqualifications.
