Valverde’s magic lead Real to 3-0 win vs. Man City at Bernabeu

Real Madrid defeated Manchester City 3-0 after Federico Valverde’s 1st half hattrick, and Los Blancos secured a very important advantage before the 2^nd leg in England in the tie from the playoffs in the Champions League.

The opening goal in the match came in the 20^th minute when Thibaut Courtois, with a phenomenal assist, found Federico Valverde, and he scored. Only 7 minutes later, Valverde scored again, this time assisted by Vini Junior, but the most beautiful goal of all for his hat-trick came in the 42^nd minute.

Brahim Diaz with a phenomenal cross found Valverde, who scored a very beautiful goal to make Los Blancos lead 3 goals and finish his hat-trick.

In the 2^nd half, the Royal club had a golden chance to score again as they received a penalty for a foul against Vinicius Junior, and the Brazilian took the penalty himself, but his shot was saved by Donaruma.
