The forward is in his final campaign of a 3-year, almost 12.5 million dollar deal inked during the offseason of 2021.
Chicago would take on the entirety of Beauvillier’s 4.15 million dollar cap hit this campaign.
The forward has 2 goals and 6 assists in 22 matches with the Canadian NHL franchise this campaign.
Canucks acquired Anthony from the NY Islanders as part of the Bo Horvat exchange at the beginning of the last year.
During his time in the NHL, Beauvillier has 113 goals and 124 assists in 512 matches, as he also played for the Islanders. During the postseason, Beauvillier has 15 goals and 14 assists in 49 matches, as all of them the forward played with New York.
