Max Verstappen has claimed that there are still areas, where Red Bull can work on to try to make the car better for 2024.
The Dutchman and the Milton Keynes team had a phenomenal year as they clinched all but one of the races with Verstappen winning 19 of them.
However, the triple world champion is wary of other teams’ progress, showcased towards the latter part of 2023, and believes Red Bull would need to step on the gas development-wise.
“I think we know our weaknesses as well in the car and that’s what we’ll try to work on plus, of course, trying to make our strengths even stronger.” he said.
“Of course there are weaknesses. Look at our race weekend in Singapore. In general, on street circuits, I think we are struggling a bit more, like in Vegas also.
“Low-speed is definitely not our strongest point in the car, [going over] bumps, kerbs as well, so that’s definitely a big area where we can improve.”
