Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson has had a long time to analyze the controversial hit that ended his campaign in the past season and could keep him out from the beginning of the new campaign. Speaking with the reporters today for the 1st time since the incident, the tight end revealed:
“Without a doubt,” T.J. claimed, “I wasn’t too happy about what happened.”
As the tight end continues his rehabilitation from torn ACL and MCL ligaments, an injury he sustained after a direct hit by Lions player Kerby Joseph in Week 16, T.J. didn’t blame the Detroit safety directly but shared that he believes that footballers must protect each other as the best of their ability.

The Vikings TE called the league to share why defenders can hit pass-catchers low in those episodes, but offensive footballers can’t do it.
