Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic made an immediate impact by scoring within the first five minutes, securing a 1-0 victory for Juventus against Atalanta in the Coppa Italia final. This victory marks Juventus’ record 15th Coppa Italia title and adds to manager Max Allegri’s impressive trophy collection with the Turin giants.
Vlahovic, who has scored only three goals since the beginning of April, showcased his strength and composure to net the decisive goal after racing onto an Andrea Cambiaso through ball, eluding Atalanta defender Isak Hien in the process.
Despite Atalanta’s efforts to respond, particularly in the absence of suspended top scorer Gianluca Scamacca, Juventus’ solid defense held firm. Both teams came close to scoring late in the game, with Ademola Lookman hitting the post for Atalanta and Fabio Miretti striking the bar. Additionally, Vlahovic had a second goal disallowed for a marginal offside decision.
The victory provides a positive conclusion to what has been a somewhat disappointing season for Juventus. For manager Massimiliano Allegri, it may also mark his final trophy with the Bianconeri, as he reacted passionately to the win by ripping off his jacket and tie in stoppage time.

With this triumph, Juventus extends their dominance in the Coppa Italia, while Atalanta’s quest for their first title since 1963 continues. Manager Gian Piero Gasperini will now turn his attention to the Europa League final against Bayer Leverkusen, hoping to secure his first trophy at Atalanta.
