Chicago missed both Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan, but managed to beat Milwaukee

In a thrilling showdown on Thursday night, the Chicago Bulls, despite missing key players Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan, staged a remarkable comeback against the formidable Milwaukee Bucks, clinching a 120-113 victory in overtime.

With the game tied at the end of regulation, Alex Caruso showcased his skills by receiving a handoff from Nikola Vucevic at the top of the key. Dribbling twice to his right, Caruso executed a jaw-dropping fadeaway 3-pointer over Brook Lopez, sinking the shot that forced the game into overtime.

Vucevic, delivering a stellar performance, scored a season-high 29 points, while Coby White added 23, contributing to the Bulls’ surprising triumph. Despite a challenging season with only six wins in 20 games, the Bulls managed to overcome the odds and outplay one of the NBA’s top teams.

Trailing 110-109 in overtime, Vucevic’s dunk with 2:28 remaining ignited an eight-point run for the Bulls. Patrick Williams sealed the deal with a decisive dunk at the 31-second mark, securing the team’s hard-fought victory.

On the opposing side, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 26 points and 14 rebounds, while Lopez and Malik Beasley made significant contributions with 20 and 19 points, respectively. Despite a commendable 18-point effort from Damian Lillard, the Bucks fell short after an impressive stretch of eight wins in their previous nine games. The Chicago Bulls, against all odds, emerged victorious and celebrated a memorable win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
