Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are each just one match away from a highly anticipated rematch in the Wimbledon semifinals.
On Sunday, both players advanced to the quarterfinals with impressive performances. Alcaraz, the defending champion, overcame a spirited challenge from Ugo Humbert, securing a 6-3, 6-4, 1-6, 7-5 victory on Centre Court. Sinner, currently ranked number one, defeated Ben Shelton 6-2, 6-4, 7-6 (9) on No. 1 Court, saving four set points in the third set to clinch the win.

Should they both win their next matches, they are set to meet again in the Wimbledon semifinals. Alcaraz will face the winner of the match between No. 12 seed Tommy Paul and Roberto Bautista Agut, while Sinner, the Australian Open champion, will takeNo. 5 seed Daniil Medvedev.
