The Arizona Coyotes signed a 3-season, over 10 million dollar deal extension with Matias Maccelli.

He will earn 3 million dollars in his 1st campaign, almost the same amount in his 2nd campaign, and more than 4 million dollars in his final campaign.
The young forward (22) was part of the 2022-23 NHL All-Rookie team after he notched 11 goals and had 49 points in 64 matches in the past season. Maccelli finished 2nd to Matty Beniers of Seattle amid rookie point totals.
The Finish hockey player was picked in the 4th round in the draft in 2019 and began playing for the Coyotes in the 2021-22 campaign.
In his career in the National Hockey League, he appeared in 87 matches, scored 12 goals, and earned 55 points.
