The Gunners are 3 for 3 since the start of the season

Arsenal got an important 1-0 win away against Crystal Palace and remained with a 100% winning record in the Premier League so far.

The Gunners had to play with a man down for over 20 minutes, but this didn’t stop them towards the victory.

In the first half Arsenal had couple of good chances to open the scoring, but Eddie Nketiah missed both times, as in the 29 minute he rattled the right post.

Just six minutes after the break Arsenal were awarded a penalty kick.

David Coote was called to the monitor by VAR to check the situation, but was happy with his original decision, pointing to the spot. Martin Odegaard took the responsibility and scored into the left corner.

After one hour of play Tomiyasu received a yellow card and just seven minutes later was shown a second booking, sending him to the dressing room earlier than expected.

18 minutes before the final whistle Crystal Palace had a penalty appeal after Eze went down into the box, but Coote shook his head ‘No’.

With the three points, Arsenal are now 3rd in the standings with 6 points alongside Brighton and Man City with the same points, but better goal difference.
