The Red Devils reached and were the better team on the pitch after conceding the goal as they made a few dangerous attacks as the greatest chance until the end of the 1st 45 minutes came in the 30th minute when Patrick Dorgu shot from long range was stopped only by the right post as David Raya had no chance to saved the ball.
In the 2nd half, Man United dominated, but failed to score. Bryan Mbeumo had 2 fantastic chances within 4 minutes, but failed in both of his attempts to even the result. The Gunners defended until the end and can consider themselves lucky that they won the 3 points.
Man Utd had 20+ shots in a single Premier League game against Arsenal for the first time since their 8-2 win in August 2011.
