The Gunners head coach thinks his team is much better than the past season.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta shared that his club were ten times better than last year despite failing to beat 10-man Fulham today.

The North London club thought Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah’s goals would secure the win after the away team netted in the 1st minute at Emirates Stadium.

But, after Calvin Bassey received a red card, Joao Palhinha netted in the 87th minute to tie the match 2-2, and the 10-men Fulham won a point away from home.

“We go 2-1 up, and you must do everything not to receive a goal; you cannot concede the goal after how we played,” the manager shared.

“We should have netted 5, 6, even 7 goals.

“If I compare the match this campaign to last campaign, we were ten times better today. At least 10.”

“In the 1st  minute, when you make the mistake that my side made, and you just concede a goal, the match becomes much more difficult,” added Mikel.
