Arturo Vidal expressed his disapproval at Man United’s manager Erik Ten Hag’s ways of dealing with his players.
In particular, Vidal pointed out at the infamous feud between Ten Hag and Cristiano Ronaldo from last year, which led to the Portuguese leaving the club.
Ronaldo was United’s top goalscorer in the season before, but under the new management the then 37-year-old was reduced to being a sub.
Vidal came to the defense of Ronaldo, when asked about the situation in a podcast, labeling the decision to offload him as ‘complicated’.
Arturo Vidal on Ten Hag: "That coach came in [at #mufc] badly. How are you going to take out Cristiano Ronaldo? That's how these guys are. He was the scorer and he takes him out. The bald guys are very complicated." [@giraltpablo] pic.twitter.com/PHyfL9QiRA

“That coach came in badly.” Vidal said.
“How are you going to take out Cristiano Ronaldo? That’s how these guys are. He was the scorer and he takes him out. The bald guys are very complicated.”
Vidal was also referring to his former coach Jorge Sampoli with whom he did not get along well and seems that the Chilean thinks the same of Ten Hag.
