The 26-year-old defender’s new contract runs to 2028 with an option to extend by a further year, ending months of discussions to follow Martin Ødegaard and Bukayo Saka with committing his future to Arsenal.
“I believe if you do look at the ages [of the footballers], it’s going to get better,” Ben shared. “When those types of footballers are getting inked, it shows the high ambitions of the team, and love to be part of that process.”
Ben has played 122 games for the Gunners since landing in North London from Brighton for 64 million dollars almost 3 years ago.
“I have been on loan 3 times, and I played there for a full season,” White added. I think this is the 1st time I’ve actually settled, and I know that I will not have to leave during the summer transfer window. Being part of Arsenal is a dream come true, and I hope that I will play for the team for more seasons.”
