The Algerian joined the Hammers from Brentford in October 2020, and his current contract expires in 2026. But he doesn’t show consistency with the London team during his 3 seasons there.
Benrahma began from the 1st minute on the pitch in the past campaign’s Europa Conference League final vs. Fiorentina and netted the opening goal from penalty as his side lifted the trophy after a 2-1 victory.
However, the Algerian is yet to score after playing 22 matches this campaign and was sent off in the FA Cup replay loss vs. Bristol City on January 16th. He wasn’t even selected for his national team for the Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
