Charlotte shared curious details of Dean Smith’s contract

Major League Soccer team Charlotte  appointed Dean Smith as their head coach. The specialist returns to coaching six months after leaving Leicester.

The club shared traditional photos during the introduction of the new coach. In one of them, Smith is seen signing his contract. Observant fans managed to decipher some points from it. In fact, Charlotte decided to playfully tease the supporters, and the contract in the picture has nothing to do with the real one.

The headline reads, “Official Contract of Charlotte’s Head Coach.” Some of the described clauses are more than unnecessary.

According to the contract, Smith is the head coach and must be beside the bench during matches. A clause is also included stating that he must participate in at least one TikTok video every month and officially meet with the club mascot on a weekly basis.
