Chelsea have hired Enzo Maresca as their boss on a 5-year deal, the West London team shared today.
Enzo joins the Blues having led the Foxes to promotion to the EPL as he triumphed in the Championship in his lone campaign in charge of Leicester City.

“To become Chelsea’s head coach, 1 of the biggest teams in the world, is a dream for any manager. That’s why I’m so excited by this chance,” Maresca shared after the news of his appointment.
“I can’t wait to work with very talented footballers and staff to develop a team that continues the club’s tradition of success and to make all of the supporters of the team happy.”
Enzo worked as an assistant manager under Pep Guardiola at the Sky Blues and succeeds ex-Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino, who left the Blues by mutual agreement almost 2 weeks ago.
The Italian had a short spell as manager of Italian club Parma in Serie B during the 2021-22 campaign.
Cole Palmer's position will likely change, Enzo Fernandez could be set for a more advanced role…
