Chelsea are steps away from signing Argentinian manager Mauricio Pochettino, reports suggest.
The London team and the ex-PSG and Spurs coach have entered the final stages of negotiations, which are set to bring the 51-year old at Stamford Bridge.
If that were to happen Pochettino would became the fourth manager under the new regime of Todd Boehly in less than a year.
Reports say Pochettino is most likely to take interim boss Frank Lampard seat after other favorite candidate dropped out in the race for the managerial post for alleged recruitment process.
Pochettino hasn’t managed a club ever since leaving PSG last summer and is desperate to return to the touchline. He has also been linked with his former team Tottenham after the sacking of interim boss Stellini, but there has not been a contact from the club yet.
