The Red Devils have offered £55m for the midfielder, but it was rejected
Chelsea have rejected Manchester United’s third bid for Mason Mount, estimated to be around £55m.
Rumors say that the Blues require at least £58m plus additional £7m in ads-on.
The Red Devils, however, are not too inclined to splash out such a sum, as Mount has only a year left in his contract and negotiations for extension have come to a halt.
The previous bids of £40m and £50m have also been rejected.
Erik Ten Hag is believed to be keen on mount as he sees the midfielder as integral part of his future plans. Manchester United have returned to the Champions League and will be looking to bolster their squad as much as possible.
