Cody Gakpo has made an appearance on Liverpool’s training ground on Thursday in a much needed boost for Jurgen Klopp and his men.
The striker missed the Reds last 2 matches and was absent for his national team as well. The Dutchman picked a knee injury during Liverpool’s controversial 2-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur on September 30.
The 24-year-old is in fine form, having scored 3 times in his last 4 appearances for the Anfield team as he is getting ready for the mouth-watering Merseyside clash with Everton on Saturday.
Alexis MacAllister, Luis Diaz and Alisson Becker were also present for the Reds, who are firm favorites going into Saturday’s clash as they only lost once since April 1 and Everton struggling in 16th.
However, the Toffees have won two out their 3 meetings and it all to play for.
