The Serbian won after losing the 1st set.

Novak Djokovic, world number 2, won against world number 7, Andrey Rublev, 3-1 sets and reached the semifinals at the Grand Slam in London.

The Russian won the 1st set after converting 1 break as he saved 3 break opportunities. However, Nole showed why he is the best player in the world in the 2nd set as he dominated and triumphed 6-1.

The 3rd set was the closest as after one hour of play, Djokovic won 6-4 after converting only 1 break, but he did it when the Russian served to lead 5-4 but lost.

Djokovic won the 4th set 6-3 after breaking Rublev’s serve twice and won the match for almost 3 hours.

The two players met earlier at the beginning of the year, and the Serbian also won at the Australian Open 3-0 sets.

Nole will face world number 8, Jannik Sinner, in a clash that will predict who will play at the 2023 Wimbledon final.
