The Egypt international has never netted fewer than 19 goals in a Premier League campaign since he inked with Liverpool in 2017, while the forward scored 30 or more in all tournaments in 4 of 6 full seasons to date. With 2 assists in Saturday’s 3-1 victory against Wolverhampton, Salah also reached 200 combined goals and assists in the league, with only Thierry Henry doing it in fewer matches.
“To be honest, I want Salah never to leave,” Elliott shared via the Liverpool Echo. “But, if he continues his career elsewhere, then I want to be that person to learn from him and apply it in my game. Hopefully, he remains at Anfield for the rest of his career.”
