Elliott wants Salah to retire as Liverpool player

Liverpool player Harvey Elliott has urged Salah to remain a Liverpool player for the rest of his career after the speculations during the summer transfer window that he will go to Saudi Arabia as the speculations will return as soon as the next transfer window begins.

Harvey Elliott has said he wants Mohamed Salah to retire at Liverpool.

With 2 assists in Saturday’s 3-1 victory against Wolverhampton, Salah also reached 200 combined goals and assists in the league, with only Thierry Henry doing it in fewer matches.

“To be honest, I want Salah never to leave,” Elliott shared via the Liverpool Echo. “But, if he continues his career elsewhere, then I want to be that person to learn from him and apply it in my game. Hopefully, he remains at Anfield for the rest of his career.”
