English champions Manchester City will host Burnley, led by their former defender Vincent Kompany in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
The Belgian, who played for the club from 2008 to 2019, has led the Clarets to the top of the Championship in his first season in charge.
Manchester United host Fulham in an all-Premier League tie while Brighton & Hove Albion will play League Two Grimsby Town – the lowest-ranked side left in the competition.
Sheffield United meet Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers.
The last-eight ties will be played from 17 to 19 March.
