Cesc broke his silence about the rumors about his future.

Cesc Fabregas has claimed that he remains fully committed to managing Como despite the links with Chelsea and the Italian men’s national team. The Spaniard shared that he is happy at his current job and that he doesn’t consider leaving Como anytime soon.

Cesc became 1 of the most wanted head coaches after leading his current club to the brink of a historic UCL qualification. Como are 5th in Italy with 6 matches until the end of the campaign.

Because of the success with the Lombardy-based team, Fabregas was rumored to become the new manager at Chelsea in the summer, but the Blues’ ex-midfielder denied those rumors as his current contract with Como is until the summer of 2028.

“My only focus is on Como and the long-term project here. You can’t predict the future, but at the moment, it will be a huge surprise if I leave this club at the end of the campaign. Last year, I wanted to see how the other team operated. I shared that with the president, but in the end, my decision was to remain here because I’m happy.”
